Our Non-Profit Organization
Training consists of a collection
of webinars designed to provide
non-profit organizations with the
tools necessary to increase an organization's
sustainability and effectiveness,
enhance its ability to provide quality
services and create collaborative
partnerships. Participants
completing the series of webinars
will develop the skills to grow
their organization and better understand
the roles of board members and the
strategic and tactical issues facing
nonprofit boards.
The program has five components
that offer critical insight into
non-profit growth strategies that
are essential to the vitality of
